decent stay, but buggy service issues.
good room sizeinadequate buggy servicelong waits
the room size was good. it comfortably accommodated my family.
the buggy service was inadequate. i faced long waits in the sun to get to the parks. this was especially problematic with high humidity.

the hotel location allows free access to the parks. breakfast had very nice variety, i liked the fresh fruit selection. the pool and lazy river were great, i found the environment relaxed. the staff was helpful and quick to respond to requests.

Mixed feelings about this resort
slow check-inpoor soundproofing
the check-in process was quite slow. i waited almost an hour despite there being several counters open (i suspect they were understaffed). the room was clean, but the soundproofing was not good. i could hear a noisy family next door early each morning, and that was annoying.

i totally loved the multiple pools! the lazy river was super relaxing! the short walk to the parks was a huge plus for my family. we especially enjoyed the easy access to the parks because park entrance was included with our stay!!!
honestly, the only slight downside was that the check-in process was a bit crowded when i arrived, but the staff worked hard to get everyone settled quickly.
