I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic for access to the theme parks and the facilities are well-maintained, I faced issues with service quality. The dining was quite good, but I felt the customer service, particularly at the front desk, was lacking. Overall, it's a decent place but requires improvements in service to match its rating.
